It's one of the closest fast-food places near my home. They never hardly ever get our order right and forget to give u what u do order. They close very early. My hamburgers are always cracked. When u hold the sandwich and bite in the hamburger falls out the other end. There lucky I have them a 3 star.
Waited 10 minutes with nobody in front of me for most of that time. Had a small group with me (in back of me) and told they would not accommodate anyone in our group. Would have liked to know before we waited the 10 min to start our order. Note, almost everyone was just going to order coffee only.. family express 20 minutes south was so much more accommodating!
They messed up my sons food a couple weeks ago. Usually not an issue i call in they write my name down and we get it replaced on a later date. (Orders are frequently wrong from this location, but its convenient for our small town) Anyway that was not the case this time. The "manager" Monique whom I spoke to on the phone and said she wrote my name down then obviously did not. Plus we ordered food already. Now if im already paying for an order why would i try to get 2 cheeseburgers for free if i hadnt been owed them. Monique was very rude and knew damn well she was lying as ive said ive called with messedup orders before and it was never an issue.
Ordered 3 cheddar bacon chicken sandwichess, didn't even get 1 slice of bacon for all 3 sandwiches. They weren't busy so service was quick and they made me feel like I interrupted there nap.
Very generic food it's packed alot and casual but it is old and there are much better places I could suggest with more unique flavors
