Though I was horrified by what BP did to the Gulf its blind search for profits, BP gas is the only gas I use because it works so well for my car and also you act of contrition seemed sincere.

This place is a catch 22 for me bp fuel definitely makes my truck run better, however the owner is a complete dbag and i hate having to give my money to him but a happy truck makes for me going to work to pay bills

I have a complaint, however, about one of your stations. It is located at Route 2 and US Highway 421 in Westville, Indiana. Pump 4's credit card reader is broken. It simply rejects all cards, yet there is no sign indicating the malfunction. The customer is directed to go see the attendant who then informs him that the credit card reader is broken. Asked why there is no sign to that effect - so customers don't have to waste their time - the attendant said "My boss won't let me put one up". This is a needless and inexplicable inconvenience. Hopefully BP will reprimand the jerk.
