When I found a wire protruding from my cat's chin on a Sunday morning, I was relieved to find this place open. During the examination, the doctor discovered that my cat had undergone jaw surgery before I found him in 2010. There had been a wire wrapped around his jaw since then! She was able to remove it and I'm happy to report my cat is doing much better and healing up. Thank you so much!
Our thirteen year old cat's health declined very rapidly and she developed respiratory issues. We took her in in the middle of the night. The staff on duty was very professional and helpful, and when it became obvious the only outcome was going to be what we didn't want to see were compassionate. They allowed us to be with our Lizzie as she passed, and to take as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. They were up front about costs before charging us anything and let us pay beforehand so it we didn't have to think about it afterwards. Our first time dealing with them and despite the sad outcome it was a good experience.
Great service and they really cared about my dog, Mollie! 24 hour service is wonderful. My vet was closed on Saturday. This facility was a God send!
Great klndness and great care was given to my golden retriever over the last four days. Thorough, professional and loving....the staff is fabulous!
Our regular vet was closed when our 18 year old cat was howling & exhibiting urinary distress; I knew we couldn't wait until the next day for her to be seen. PNC staff was so helpful and caring. I was worried because I heard they were expensive but I have to say I don't think my bill was much more than my regular vet would have been. So thankful we have a great after hours care for our fur babies.
