Great place to take your dogs great staff
Took my dog here a while back and they offer a lot of great things for them. The owners seem to be good people but when watching the live streaming of the facility (which is a great feature) I watched the employee that was there at the time on her phone the entire time and ignoring the dogs when they would come to her for attention. The employee seemed too worried about herself than the dogs needs (checking her ankle brace the whole time and pushing dogs away when they wanted to play). Excellent facility but I think that the employees need to put the dogs before themselves.
Our dog is groomed there and he always comes back happy and groomed exactly how we request.
We have had both of our dogs here several times and were very satisfied with the service. There were clean facilities, prompt responses to questions or concerns, and professionalism from the staff at Dawg Paradise.
Professional, caring staff. Facility is top notch! I even popped in unexpectedly to check on a pet and they had her outside exercising and playing. I love this place!
