Great apartment so cozy and great maintenance.
Beautiful apartment, and the office staff is absolutely stellar. I can't stress enough how much having an apartment across from my classes helps my grades. I can study in peace between classes. Also it takes about 7 minutes from my apartment, to be sitting in class. Perfect for procrastinators like myself.
This place is a joke. Its ran by two incompetent women. I had to call the owner of Bradley company and he decided to break the lease there for me for the maintenance guy coming into the home to fix something, then he told us he had to pictures of the apartment. Which, is 100% illegal. I called the owner after contacting their management team in South bend and they directed me to the actual owner. This person told me we would be let out of the lease and served a 30 day vacate notice. To my no surprise, they then said that we owed the money (which they NEVER contacted my husband back to sign something) I would never rent from this company again. between all the nonsense of "we cant talk to you because youre not on the lease but we can take your money" and all the "changing of lease" fiasco then taking pictures of my home without permission to do so, not too mention the cops being at the neighbors the first week we were there with our son because they rented to someone on an ankle moniter for a violent crime and he threw beer bottles at my front door and was smoking some serious weed all the time, also I asked the management in south bend for a letter stating THEY were breaking the lease and we were no longer held accountable for the rent, since thats what we were told, and they didn't even contact anyone until towards the end of the month (today) after they knew we had moved, per the motion of 30 days to vacate, in which we had asked for, Which I actually have that written document. So please, take us to court. Lol. This place is a joke and I wouldn't live here if someone paid ME to.
